From a certain incident, Dr. Saldmann's book was dropped in my hand and, with the skepticism that characterizes me, I started to read criticizing about the lack of citations which a scientific paper should contain.

The truth is that it doesn't have a lot of citations, but finally I found them, just enough to be able to confirm that it's not just another book of fiction thrown over the shelves dedicated to science. And more important to me is that I have found confirmed in this book my own habits, already proved by my health, silhouette and nutritional emotional equilibrium, but hard to prove by scientific papers in this world of nutrition, stuffed with erroneous informations.

The subject caught in the photo capture I have already lived on my own: yes, the taste buds can be educated! And the fastest demonstration for this is my own habit of drinking unsweetened coffee. At first it was ambition; now it's a pleasure. Psychologically speaking, with a bit of will I succeed to transform the same act from burden to spoiling.

The same story about other food habits... The flavorants, who have succeeded in kneeling the gustatory pleasures of most of the population through the addiction they create, repel me. Because my taste buds become so sensitive over time that feel unpleasure to the too strong, too fake, too chemical taste of additives from the products that are too much processed.

The lack of the pleasure of eating an unnatural grown tomato is another angle regarding the same story, our emotional bond with taste buds, and comes as a proof which I'm sure you have experienced.

Let's gather than all the inner will that we have and channel it to educate the taste buds, turning them into our ally for a healthy life!

I already know it's worthing!
