Imediat dupa Paste am inceput o cura de detoxifiere. Am avut zile consecutive in care consumam doar smoothie sau tot felul de preparate raw, dar mi-am permis si cateva mici exceptii atunci cand adaptarea la viata sociala a cerut-o. Cand spun exceptii, ma refer la o bucatica ratacita de branza, un preparat tot vegetarian, dar gatit, si doar exceptii de genul asta, nu tochituri, paste, pizza si alte nebunii. Cel mai mare derapaj a fost sa mananc cate o felie mica de tort la niste aniversari la care am participat - pfiu, cat exercitiu de control sa nu ma infing in mai mult! Am avut si momente in care mi-am fluturat sadic clatite pe sub nas, preparand pentru altii, dar am rezistat eroic - pentru ca motivatia a fost mai mare decat pofta.
As putea discuta in continuare despre retetele de smoothie si reguli de construire a unui smoothie hranitor. As putea veni cu idei de combinatii reusite ca arome. As putea veni cu secrete de aromatizare si pacalire a stomacului. Dar inainte de toate astea voi impartasi lectia cea mai importanta invatata cu aceasta experienta: multe lucruri au parut imposibile inainte de a fi facute. Va provoc si va incurajez sa va autotestati cu o astfel de cura de detoxifiere.
Cat despre introducerea de smoothie in dieta, insist asupra unui singur lucru: un smoothie poate inlocui cu succes o masa, nu e doar un inofensiv alint racoritor. Are suficiente calorii si nutrienti cat sa nu fie deloc neglijabil in meniul zilnic, ba chiar uneori poate deveni adevarata bomba calorica daca e facut doar din fructe la care se adauga lapte, iaurt, seminte, fructe uscate, miere, devenind chiar pericol pentru silueta daca e completat la fel de eronat de restul meniului din ziua respectiva.
Pentru inspiratie, pe Instagram am facut din cand in cand postari cu variante de smoothie, insirand toate ingredientele. Sa aveti pofta!

Immediately after Easter I was starting a detox diet. I had consecutive days When I was only eating smoothie or all kinds of raw meals, but I also allowed to myself some small exceptions when the need for adapting to social life asked for it. When I say exceptions, I'm refering to a small piece of cheese, a vegetarian cooked dish instead of my raw meal, and only exceptions like that, not full plates of meat, pasta, pizza and other madness food. The biggest cheat was a small slice of cake ate at some of the anniversaries I attended - brave me to control myself to not get more! I also had moments when I sadistically sliped pancakes under my nose, preparing for others, but I heroically resisted - because the motivation was greater than the craving.
I could discuss further about the smoothie recipes and rules for building a nutritious smoothie. I could come up with ideas of successfully tastefull combinations. I could come up with flavorings and other ideas to trick the stomach. But first of all, I will share the most important lesson learned in this experience: many things seemed impossible before they were done. I challenge you and encourage you to test yourself with such a detox diet.
As for the introduction of smoothies in the diet, I insist on one thing: a smoothie can successfully replace a meal, it's not just an harmless refreshing drink. It has enough calories and nutrients to not be neglected in the daily menu, and sometimes it can become a real calorie bomb if it's prepared only from fruits, adding milk, yoghurt, seeds, dried fruit, honey, becoming actually an enemy to the silhouette if is completed equally wrong on the rest of the menu on that day.
