Spaghetti al prosciutto e limone

A fost reteta care a facut deschiderea postarilor culinare, simple, schitate pe pagina de facebook numita candva "Andreea's Kitchen".

E o reteta pe care am repetat-o din cand in cand, pentru ca se face rapid, usor si e foarte interesanta ca aroma, cu o nota festiva, desi in final nu e pretentioasa ca ingrediente.

Coaja de lamaie tocata in fasii marunte si prosciutto le-am tras in tigaia cu ulei de masline si usturoiul de rigoare; am stins cu vin alb si am imbogatit cu smantana. Am unit paftele cu sosul, am pus parmezan si frunze de rucola si am savurat cu placere. Gata!

It was the recipe that made the opening of my simple culinary posts on the facebook page called once "Andreea's Kitchen".

It's a recipe that I've cooked it again from time to time, because it's fast, easy and very interesting as a flavor, with a festive note, though in the end it's not pretentious in terms of ingredients.

I fried the minced lemon peel and prosciutto in the pan grassed with olive oil and garlic; I quenched with white wine and enriched with cooking cream. I joined the pasta and the sauce, I put parmesan and rucola leaves on top and enjoyed it with pleasure.
