"Gorgonzoliezed" pumpkin

Sanatos si gustos, pornind de la o schita ce include legume si branzeturi, de data asta am optat pentru bostan, broccoli si gorgonzola, imbogatind gustul cu cateva capere si niste fire de ansoa.

Am sotat cateva minute bostanul, am oprit focul, am adaugat buchetelele de broccoli si am pus un capac, astfel s-au inabusit toate cat am pregatit restul ingredientelor. Am pus apoi totul in cuptorul foarte incins, doar 10 minute, cat sa se topeasca branza si sa faca o crusta placuta.

La fel ca si morvocul, bostanul contine o cantate mare de vitamina A, un aliat de baza pentru ochi de soim si piele de bebelus. Iar despre boccoli, dincolo de cantitatea mare de vitamina C si neglijata vitamina K utila circulatiei sanguine, pot spune ca aduce organismului o enzima responsabila cu lupta impotriva cancerului. Ce trebuie stiut insa despre broccoli este ca isi pastreaza proprietatile doar daca este gatit corect, adica foarte scurt timp, doar cat sa fie inabusit un pic.

In general enzimele sunt distruse in mare parte prin tratament termic, iar magicele enzime mentionate anterior nu fac exceptie.

Healthy and tasty, based on a template that includes vegetables and cheese, this time I chose pumpkin, broccoli and gorgonzola, enriching the taste with a few capers and anchovies.

I roasted for few minutes the pumpkin, I stopped the fire, I added the bouquets of broccoli and I covered to steam all while I prepared the rest of the ingredients. I cooked the vegetables in oven at high temperature, only about 10 minutes, just to melt the cheese and make a nice crust.

As well as carrots, the pumpkin contains a large amount of vitamin A, the best friend for eagle view and baby skin. And about boccoli, beyond the amount of vitamin C and the neglected vitamin K, useful for blood circulation, I can say that it brings an anticancer enzyme. But what you should know about broccoli is that it retains its properties only if it's cooked correctly, which means to be cook for very short time.

Generally, enzymes are mostly destroyed by heating and the magical enzymes mentioned before are no exception.
