One friend brought me the parsley, another one brought me the inspiration. I had in mind to make a salad anyway, but I didn't think from the begining about the cosmetic treatments using parsley.
I gave myself an energy bomb with the intriguing salad of parsley leaves, grapefruit, onion and kapia pepper, seasoned with salt and pepper. The most beautiful part of this salad is that the smell of the onion is neutralized by the parsley, which is not happening too often with the "scented" onion.
To amplify the effects of vitaminisation, we are fighting on two fronts: I boiled for a few good minutes the parsley strains left from the salad and the withered leaves. I put some cotton pads in a jar and poured the potion over them, keeping them in the refrigerator, ready to be used. What can be more refreshing in the morning for the skin than some cold and full of vitamins compresses? ...
I used the boiled parsley too, preparing a mask by adding some yeast. Magic from the kitchen! My skin is really happy right now.
