Fluffy American Pancakes

Nimic mai rapid decat clatitele; iar astea pufoase, in stil american, se preteaza excelent pentru a fi transformate in fel si chip si savurate pe post de "prajitura in straturi".
Prima tura, le-am manjit rapid cu niste gem de gutui si am decorat o inimioara din lapte condensat. Altele le-am pripasit cu felii de mere, trase la tigaie in unt cu zahar.
Consistenta le poate recomanda si pt a fi folosite pe post de blat, pentru minitortulete.
Ingredientele: 2 oua, 250 ml lapte, 200 g faina, 1 lingurita praf de copt, 3 linguri ulei, 2-3 linguri de zahar, sare, arome dupa plac.
Peste galbenusurile batute 2-3 minute, se adauga laptele si uleiul, se mixeaza, apoi se adauga faina amestecata cu praful de copt. La final se omogenizeaza usor cu albusurile batute spuma cu zahar. Doar pentru prima clatita se unge tigaia cu o lingurita de ulei. Compozitia se toarna cu un polonic, lasand-o sa se intinda singura.

Nothing faster than pancakes; and these fluffy, American-style ones, are excellently suited to be transformed in different ways and enjoyed as a "layered cake".
For the first round, I've put some quince jam and I sketch a condensed milk heart. For the others I have chopped some slices of apples and fried them in butter with sugar.
The consistency can recommend this pancakes to be also use as a crust for minicakes.
Ingredients: 2 eggs, 250 ml milk, 200 g flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 3 tablespoons oil, 2-3 tablespoons of sugar, salt, flavors as you like.
Mix the yolks for 2-3 minutes, add the milk and oil, mix, then add the flour mixed with the baking powder. Finally, the egg whites whipped with sugar would be incorporated delicately. Just for the first pancake, pour a teaspoon of oil in the pan. Pour the mixture leaving it to spread itself.
